Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Czech Chaldean Head by Bohumil Kubista for GBP 1,125.00 (€ 1,414.44). This price was achieved in the auction Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bohumil Kubista achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Czech still Life With Fruit (Zátiší S Ovocem) in June 2011 with an auction result of GBP 397,250.00 (€ 439,483.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Czech Chaldean Head von Bohumil Kubista für GBP 1.125,00 (€ 1.414,44) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bohumil Kubista erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Czech still Life With Fruit (Zátiší S Ovocem) im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 397.250,00 (€ 439.483,29).
