Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Erotic: Passion & Desire, which included the work Hermine (Red Tint), 1997 by Bob Carlos Clarke. The price achieved of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,178.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Bob Carlos Clarke have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2017 the work 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002 was auctioned for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,092.60).
