Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fantasy Females Are Impossible To Satisfy, 2004 by Bob Carlos Clarke was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2017. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,254.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bob Carlos Clarke - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002, which sold at auction in February 2017 for GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,092.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fantasy Females Are Impossible To Satisfy, 2004 von Bob Carlos Clarke kam im September 2017 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.254,42) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Bob Carlos Clarke mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 'Vanessa And Vicky Kissing', 2002 beobachtet, die im Februar 2017 für GBP 13.750,00 (€ 16.092,60) versteigert wurde.
