Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pied Piper by Blek le Rat was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in November 2021. The price achieved of HKD 126,000.00 (€ 14,009.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Blek le Rat - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Last Tango À Paris - 2016, which sold at auction in November 2019 for EUR 49,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pied Piper von Blek le Rat kam im November 2021 bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 126.000,00 (€ 14.009,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Blek le Rat mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Last Tango À Paris - 2016 beobachtet, die im November 2019 für EUR 49.400,00 versteigert wurde.
