The work Illegal Entry, 1984 by Blade was worth GBP 25,062.50 (€ 27,829.77) to a buyer in October 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Pop x Culture at Bonhams in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 6,500.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Blade; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Beyond The Wall, 1984 sold at auction in February 2008 with the realized price of EUR 37,176.00.
