In November 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Novice. by Birgitta Ara for EUR 700.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern + Contemporary, Helsinki F160 at Bukowski in Helsinki and was even below the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Birgitta Ara have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Untouched. in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 3,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Novice. von Birgitta Ara für EUR 700,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern + Contemporary, Helsinki F160 bei Bukowski in Helsinki erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Birgitta Ara auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Untouched. im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 3.000,00.
