Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Ice-scater by Birgit Broms for SEK 175,000.00 (€ 18,704.09). This price was achieved in the auction Moderna at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Birgit Broms - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Blasieholmstorg II", which sold at auction in April 2016 for SEK 420,000.00 (€ 45,704.05).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Ice-scater von Birgit Broms für SEK 175.000,00 (€ 18.704,09) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Moderna bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Birgit Broms mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Blasieholmstorg II" beobachtet, die im April 2016 für SEK 420.000,00 (€ 45.704,05) versteigert wurde.
