Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire the work Costruzione Salina Notturna each panel 8 x 10 in. (20.3 x 25.4 cm) unframed by Bettina Werner for USD 1,275.00 (€ 1,172.74). This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art | Bonhams Skinner at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bettina Werner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Salt More Precious Than Gold in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 21,250.00 (€ 19,784.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art | Bonhams Skinner bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bettina Werner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Salt More Precious Than Gold im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 19.784,01).
