Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Gazon by Bertrand Dorny was sold in the Prints (online) auction at Bonhams in New York in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 204.80. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bertrand Dorny achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,598.68).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Gazon von Bertrand Dorny wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints (online) bei Bonhams in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 204,80 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bertrand Dorny erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.598,68).
