The price achieved of USD 362,500.00 (€ 277,713.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Woman Visited By Her Lover is the most expensive artwork by Bernardino Licinio that we have observed at auctions so far.
