Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work On the road to La Roquette, near Cannes, France by Bernard Walter Evans for GBP 100.00 (€ 126.44). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bernard Walter Evans achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Richmond, Yorkshire in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 7,800.00 (€ 11,574.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Richmond, Yorkshire im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.800,00 (€ 11.574,81).
