Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fatboy - 2016 by Ben Frost was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in May 2019. The price achieved of EUR 1,170.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Ben Frost have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Apocalypse : The Musical - 2007 in April 2018 with an auction result of EUR 5,460.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fatboy - 2016 von Ben Frost kam im Mai 2019 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.170,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ben Frost auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Apocalypse : The Musical - 2007 im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.460,00.
