In January 2009 Sothebys in New York held the auction Important Old Master Paintings, Including European Works of Art, which included the work Holy Family by Bartolomeo Schedoni. The »bidding war« ended at USD 602,500.00 (€ 470,556.08), 51% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bartolomeo Schedoni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Saint John The Baptist In A Landscape , which sold at auction in January 2014 for USD 1,805,000.00 (€ 1,337,037.04).

Im Januar 2009 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Important Old Master Paintings, Including European Works of Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Holy Family von Bartolomeo Schedoni zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 602.500,00 (€ 470.556,08) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Bartolomeo Schedoni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Saint John The Baptist In A Landscape beobachtet, die im Januar 2014 für USD 1.805.000,00 (€ 1.337.037,04) versteigert wurde.
