The »bidding war« ended at USD 22,500.00 (€ 20,040.97), 50% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Bartolomeo Di Giovanni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Madonna and Child enthroned with Saints John the Evangelist and Jerome, and two Benedictine saints in December 2011 with an auction result of GBP 121,250.00 (€ 145,214.00).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 20.040,97) und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
