This artwork by Barthélémy Toguo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in October last year. In the Prints & Multiples Online auction, the work Personnage Accoudé - 2010 sold for EUR 394.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 220.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Barthélémy Toguo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work What'S Your Name, 2003 in December 2021 with an auction result of MAD 260,000.00 (€ 24,580.31).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Barthélémy Toguo erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints & Multiples Online wurde die Arbeit Personnage Accoudé - 2010 für EUR 394,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 220,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Barthélémy Toguo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit What'S Your Name, 2003 im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von MAD 260.000,00 (€ 24.580,31).
