Each signed, titled, and dated in pencil on the mount; each additionally signed, titled, dated, initialed, and inscribed in ink with a copyright credit reproduction stamp on the reverse of the mounts.

In February this year Phillips in an online auction held the auction The Eye That Shapes: Further Selections from the Peter C. Bunnell Collection, which included the work Selected Photomontages by Barbara Morgan. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,890.00 (€ 1,782.68), 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Barbara Morgan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Martha Graham – "Letter To The World" (Kick)' in April 2020 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,820.63).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion The Eye That Shapes: Further Selections from the Peter C. Bunnell Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Selected Photomontages von Barbara Morgan zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.890,00 (€ 1.782,68) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Barbara Morgan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'Martha Graham – "Letter To The World" (Kick)' im April 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 22.820,63).
