The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,956.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bal Chhabda achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work South Indian Landscape in September this year with an auction result of USD 157,500.00 (€ 148,809.52).
