Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Stele Inscription In Clerical Script by Ba Weizu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. The price achieved of HKD 69,300.00 (€ 7,419.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Ba Weizu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2017 the work Calligraphy Couplet In Clerical Script was auctioned for HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,006.18).

Die Arbeit Stele Inscription In Clerical Script von Ba Weizu kam im April 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 69.300,00 (€ 7.419,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ba Weizu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2017 die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Clerical Script für HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.006,18) versteigert.
