Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Swedish coastal landscape with an old sailor standing on the beach looking out over the sea by Axel Nordgren for DKK 26,000.00 (€ 3,490.48). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, drawings and icons at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Axel Nordgren have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in January 2013 by the work An Eagle At A Mountain Torrent at GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,085.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Swedish coastal landscape with an old sailor standing on the beach looking out over the sea von Axel Nordgren für DKK 26.000,00 (€ 3.490,48) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, drawings and icons bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Axel Nordgren wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Januar 2013 die Arbeit An Eagle At A Mountain Torrent mit GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.085,39).
