Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Passeggio sui viali by Aurelio Catti was auctioned at Christies in Rome in June 2004. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,488.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Aurelio Catti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Autunno A Palermo in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 7,440.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Passeggio sui viali von Aurelio Catti kam im Juni 2004 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.488,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aurelio Catti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Autunno A Palermo im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.440,00.
