Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Balinese Landscape by Auke Sonnega was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 37,682.80), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Other works by Auke Sonnega have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 562,500.00 (€ 65,014.59) in May 2016 for the work Ceremony at the Temple.
