Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 454.10 (€ 686.25) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Augustus Jules Bouvier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Knight's Enchantment in February 2003 with an auction result of GBP 5,975.00 (€ 8,723.31).
