Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Yamuna Morning by Atul Bhalla was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,625.00 (€ 3,955.97). Admittedly, works by Atul Bhalla have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Yamuna morning IV in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 16,390.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Yamuna Morning von Atul Bhalla kam im September 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.625,00 (€ 3.955,97) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Atul Bhalla auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Yamuna morning IV im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 16.390,93).
