Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work The Hour of Temptation by Attilio Salemme for USD 3,600.00 (€ 2,961.01). This price was achieved in the auction The House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Attilio Salemme have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2013 by the work The Beckoning at USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,764.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Hour of Temptation von Attilio Salemme für USD 3.600,00 (€ 2.961,01) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The House Sale bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Attilio Salemme wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2013 die Arbeit The Beckoning mit USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.764,80).
