Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,108.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arthur Edwaine Beaumont - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bunkering, which sold at auction in August 2018 for USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,928.77).
