In March 2006 Christies in New York held the auction Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, which included the work Winter Landscape, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania by Arthur Burdett Frost. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,600.00 (€ 5,437.02). Admittedly, works by Arthur Burdett Frost have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Unexpected Covey in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 35,000.00 (€ 32,124.83).

Im März 2006 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter Landscape, West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania von Arthur Burdett Frost zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.600,00 (€ 5.437,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arthur Burdett Frost auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit An Unexpected Covey im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 32.124,83).
