Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Summer flowers in a vase with grapes and peaches on a marble ledge by Arnoldus Bloemers for GBP 15,625.00 (€ 19,203.63). This price was achieved in the auction 19th Century European & Orientalist Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Arnoldus Bloemers have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lilacs, Peonies, Tulips, Roses, Irises and other Flowers with Fruit and a Bird's Nest on a Marble Ledge in April 2012 with an auction result of USD 218,500.00 (€ 165,167.44).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Summer flowers in a vase with grapes and peaches on a marble ledge von Arnoldus Bloemers für GBP 15.625,00 (€ 19.203,63) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th Century European & Orientalist Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arnoldus Bloemers auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lilacs, Peonies, Tulips, Roses, Irises and other Flowers with Fruit and a Bird's Nest on a Marble Ledge im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 218.500,00 (€ 165.167,44).
