The work Grapes, plums, raspberries, flowers and an acorn on a wooden ledge by Arnoldus Bloemers was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in January 2021. It achieved a price of USD 11,340.00 (€ 9,344.87), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 62%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Arnoldus Bloemers achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lilacs, Peonies, Tulips, Roses, Irises and other Flowers with Fruit and a Bird's Nest on a Marble Ledge in April 2012 with an auction result of USD 218,500.00 (€ 165,167.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 62 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Grapes, plums, raspberries, flowers and an acorn on a wooden ledge von Arnoldus Bloemers kam im Januar 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 11.340,00 (€ 9.344,87) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 62%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Arnoldus Bloemers erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lilacs, Peonies, Tulips, Roses, Irises and other Flowers with Fruit and a Bird's Nest on a Marble Ledge im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 218.500,00 (€ 165.167,44).
