Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Untitled brass" by Arne Jones was sold in the The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2020. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 11,000.00 (€ 1,060.62). Admittedly, works by Arne Jones have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November last year with an auction result of SEK 85,000.00 (€ 7,748.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Untitled brass" von Arne Jones wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion The value of Art –A contemporary collection H061 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 11.000,00 (€ 1.060,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Arne Jones auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 85.000,00 (€ 7.748,23).
