Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 8,400.00 (€ 6,149.34) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Arnaldo Tamburini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A good vintage; and Wine tasting, which sold at auction in October 2000 for USD 12,925.00 (€ 15,230.97).

Die Arbeit The Visit von Arnaldo Tamburini kam im April 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 8.400,00 (€ 6.149,34) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
