Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2002 Christies in New York held the auction Post War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Star City ZPK: Weightlessness simulation pool, Moscow, Russia by Armin Linke. The price achieved of USD 5,875.00 (€ 6,785.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Armin Linke have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work Maha Kumbh Mela was auctioned for EUR 7,450.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2002 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Star City ZPK: Weightlessness simulation pool, Moscow, Russia von Armin Linke zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.875,00 (€ 6.785,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Armin Linke konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2008 die Arbeit Maha Kumbh Mela für EUR 7.450,00 versteigert.
