Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (No. 13) by Armen Eloyan was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2013. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,250.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Armen Eloyan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Day by Day, 2010 in June 2010 with an auction result of CHF 26,400.00 (€ 19,934.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (No. 13) von Armen Eloyan wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.250,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armen Eloyan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Day by Day, 2010 im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 26.400,00 (€ 19.934,78).
