Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Someone from somewhere by Armen Eloyan was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2009. The auction ended at the price of EUR 3,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Armen Eloyan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Day by Day, 2010 in June 2010 with an auction result of CHF 26,400.00 (€ 19,934.78).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Someone from somewhere von Armen Eloyan kam im Juni 2009 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armen Eloyan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Day by Day, 2010 im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 26.400,00 (€ 19.934,78).
