This artwork by Armando Marrocco achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2018. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work Amplesso sold for EUR 3,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Armando Marrocco; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Intreccio sold at auction in May 2011 with the realized price of EUR 5,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Armando Marrocco erzielte im Dezember 2018 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit Amplesso für EUR 3.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Armando Marrocco; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Intreccio im Mai 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 5.000,00.
