Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Antonio Marini could be acquired at Christies in London in November 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Old Master and British Paintings auction, the work The Miraculous Draught of Fishes changed hands for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,111.82) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Antonio Marini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paesaggio Fluviale Con Soldati In Lontananza in June 2006 with an auction result of EUR 57,040.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Antonio Marini konnte im November 2016 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Old Master and British Paintings wechselte die Arbeit The Miraculous Draught of Fishes für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.111,82) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Marini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paesaggio Fluviale Con Soldati In Lontananza im Juni 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 57.040,00.
