Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La conversation by Antonio Huberti was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2005. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 840.00 (€ 1,238.75) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Antonio Huberti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Le Violon, which sold at auction in April 2006 for GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,463.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La conversation von Antonio Huberti kam im Oktober 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 840,00 (€ 1.238,75) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Antonio Huberti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Le Violon beobachtet, die im April 2006 für GBP 2.400,00 (€ 3.463,88) versteigert wurde.
