Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Molto Lontano by Antonio Corpora for EUR 6,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art at Sothebys in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Antonio Corpora have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work „Mare ai Faraglioni“. in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 60,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Molto Lontano von Antonio Corpora für EUR 6.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Antonio Corpora auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit „Mare ai Faraglioni“. im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 60.000,00.
