This work of art by Antonio Blanco could be acquired at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Eve & The Apple; Poem - Crimson Stained Woman changed hands for HKD 17,850.00 (€ 1,985.57) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Blanco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Balinese Woman With Child in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 3,140,000.00 (€ 312,594.54).
