Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The gypsy girl by Anton Ebert was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2006. The price achieved of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,633.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Anton Ebert have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Czech Spring In The Woods in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 27,000.00 (€ 19,765.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The gypsy girl von Anton Ebert kam im November 2006 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.120,00 (€ 4.633,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anton Ebert auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Czech Spring In The Woods im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.000,00 (€ 19.765,74).
