The work Madone À L'Enfant by Anto Carte was sold in the Œuvres sur Papier auction at Sothebys in Paris in March 2019. The auction ended at the price of EUR 30,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anto Carte achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Pain in March 2019 with an auction result of EUR 516,500.00.

Die Arbeit Madone À L'Enfant von Anto Carte wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Œuvres sur Papier bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 30.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anto Carte erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Pain im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 516.500,00.
