Auction result fails to reach estimate
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled, 1991 by Anne Tholstrup for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.37). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anne Tholstrup - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled, 1991, which sold at auction in February this year for DKK 4,000.00 (€ 537.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled, 1991 von Anne Tholstrup für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,37) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Anne Tholstrup mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled, 1991 beobachtet, die im Februar diesen Jahres für DKK 4.000,00 (€ 537,26) versteigert wurde.
