Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cup Final by Anna Zinkeisen was sold in the Vintage Posters auction at Christies in London in May 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,062.50 (€ 1,242.23) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Zinkeisen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Julia and Starkey in September 2021 with an auction result of GBP 15,250.00 (€ 17,743.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cup Final von Anna Zinkeisen wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Vintage Posters bei Christies in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 1.062,50 (€ 1.242,23) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna Zinkeisen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Julia and Starkey im September 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.250,00 (€ 17.743,59).
