Auction result well in line with expectations
In September this year Bonhams in London held the auction Blazing a TrailModern British Women, which included the work The Fair by Anna Zinkeisen. The price achieved of GBP 1,152.00 (€ 1,152.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Zinkeisen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Julia and Starkey in September 2021 with an auction result of GBP 15,250.00 (€ 17,743.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Blazing a TrailModern British Women durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Fair von Anna Zinkeisen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.152,00 (€ 1.152,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna Zinkeisen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Julia and Starkey im September 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.250,00 (€ 17.743,59).
