Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Cityscape) by Anna Boghiguian was auctioned at Bonhams in London in February last year. The price achieved of GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,573.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anna Boghiguian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work El-Imam El Shafie, Cairo in November this year with an auction result of GBP 57,550.00 (€ 66,687.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Cityscape) von Anna Boghiguian kam im Februar letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.573,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anna Boghiguian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit El-Imam El Shafie, Cairo im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 57.550,00 (€ 66.687,94).
