A top price for Anna Beothy-Steiner - as previously expected
The work Abstract by Anna Beothy-Steiner was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2006. The price achieved of GBP 2,400.00 (€ 3,463.88) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Abstract is the most expensive artwork by Anna Beothy-Steiner that we have observed at auctions so far.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.400,00 (€ 3.463,88) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
