Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Landscape) by Anjolie Ela Menon was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2014. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 3,192.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anjolie Ela Menon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2006 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 118,625.92).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 3.192,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
