Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Study of a falling warrior and subsidiary studies of a cloth by Aniello Falcone was auctioned at Christies in New York in January 2017. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 46,322.03) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Aniello Falcone have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2017 the work The Battle between the Israelites and the Amalekites overlooked by Moses, his arms held aloft by Aaron and Hur was auctioned for GBP 62,500.00 (€ 69,740.40).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 46.322,03) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden.
