This artwork by Angelo Savelli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in July 2018. In the Contemporary Art Online: NYC auction, the work Untitled, 'Circa' 1971; Sugma, 1972 Two Works sold for USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,085.26) - well above the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angelo Savelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza titolo, which sold at auction in May 2007 for EUR 68,200.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Angelo Savelli erzielte im Juli 2018 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online: NYC wurde die Arbeit Untitled, 'Circa' 1971; Sugma, 1972 Two Works für USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.085,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Angelo Savelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza titolo beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für EUR 68.200,00 versteigert wurde.
