Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2006 Christies in Milan held the auction Post war and Contemporary Art, which included the work Dei Pronomi by Angelo Cagnone. The price achieved of EUR 1,240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Angelo Cagnone - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dei pronomi, which sold at auction in June 2016 for EUR 4,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2006 führte Christies in Mailand die Auktion Post war and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dei Pronomi von Angelo Cagnone zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Angelo Cagnone mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dei pronomi beobachtet, die im Juni 2016 für EUR 4.000,00 versteigert wurde.
