Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Aggressive Cat by Ángel Botello was auctioned at Bonhams in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 11,475.00 (€ 10,554.64). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ángel Botello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Niña durmiendo in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 397,000.00 (€ 270,288.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Aggressive Cat von Ángel Botello kam im März diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 11.475,00 (€ 10.554,64) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ángel Botello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Niña durmiendo im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 397.000,00 (€ 270.288,67).
